Pay Your Water Bill At The Office:
We have been seeing the water charges now for a couple of months and most everyone is doing fantastic with remembering to pay the rent and water together. We do our best in the office to remind you when you bring in your monthly rent but we don't get the chance to see all of you all the time.

Please remember that if you start to see any signs that the filter is getting wet, call the office for maintenance and they can do their preventative maintenance. Sometimes it may take more than once to clear a line.
